“Spark of hope in the bloody March” is the title of the exhibition that marks the anniversary of March 24, 1998 and 1999, opened at the Palace of Culture “Jusuf Gërvalla”, in Deçan.
Dozens of photographs which have been taken recently are presented in this exhibition.
