The European Union urges Kosovo and Serbia to engage in negotiations and find the necessary consensus for the Kosovo Serb vote in the April 3 Serbian elections.

The Government of Kosovo has refused to comment on this, while the opposition demands determination from Prime Minister Kurti not to allow the holding of Serbian elections in Kosovo…
