The spokesman of the Central Election Commission-CEC, Valmir Elezi, announced that by 15:00h, over 1,092 citizens had voted in the four municipalities in the north of Kosovo.
Elezi stated that the voting process has gone well so far and that they have not encountered any obstacles.
The spokesperson of the CEC indicated the percentage of citizen participants until 15:00.
“We inform you that by 15:00, according to the data we have from the municipal election commissions from the field, the participation in the elections is, in the Municipality of Leposavi, the number of citizens who have voted is 110 voters or 0.83 percent, in Zubin In Potok there are 240 voters or 3.6 percent, in the Municipality of Zvecan, 145 voters or 2.07 percent and in North Mitrovica 597 or 3.3 percent,” said Elezi.
In the four northern municipalities, voting is taking place today for the mayor, where over 45,000 citizens have the right to vote.
