In the Committee on Education, Science, Technology, Innovation, Culture and Sports, the draft law for the state graduation exam has been approved.
Based on this draft law, the state graduation exam will be held and conditions will be changed, the state commission will be strengthened and possible misdemeanors and violations will be regulated during the conduct of this exam.
The proposal of this draft law was made by the Minister of Education, Arbërie Nagavci, who said that this draft law will change the quality and increase the results of the state exam.
The draft law presented by Minister Nagavaci was also supported by the Vetëvendosje MP, Jahja Kokaj, at the same time a member of this commission, who said that vigilance should be increased in the use of technology by graduates, because it is very easy for them to pass the exam without knowledge.
Meanwhile, Arijeta Rexhepi, a member of the Education Committee, emphasized that the percentage which is taken as the basis of the result of graduates for admission to professional schools should be analyzed.
Even the chairman of the Education Committee, Ardian Gola, said that the distribution of percentages should be re-evaluated, the percentage of the state exam and that of the matriculation exam should be divided in a more accurate way.
According to him, there is the key point of solving the problem of the final result.
The draft law for the state exam, presented by Minister Nagavci, was voted by all MPs of the opposition and the position, without any vote against.
