The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, has welcomed the unblocking of decision-making in CEFTA and the advancement of Kosovo’s representation status in this regional cooperation mechanism.
After the Berlin Process summit, Von der Leyen also mentioned the removal of restrictions on the entry of Serbian goods into Kosovo.
She said that these actions are useful for normalization in the Western Balkans.
In addition, speaking about the EU Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, she said that five of the six reform agendas approved by the countries of the region will be adapted this week by the EU.
She said that the first payments of the package of 6 billion euros will be made before the end of the year.
