The Assembly has approved the Draft Law on Property Rights of Foreign Citizens in Kosovo. An article of this draft law enables citizens from the Presheva Valley to have ownership of their property in Kosovo. However, there is no agreement of the entire majority in each draft law. Only 48 MPs participated in the vote on the Draft Law on Civil Status.
The majority was also against the Draft Law on Vehicles, where nine MPs voted in favor, whereas 52 MPs were against.
While requesting the support of this draft law, the MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Mërgim Lushtaku said that there are many families who cannot afford to buy new cars.
Meanwhile, the chairperson of the Committee on Environment, Fitore Pacolli, expressed her opposition to this proposal.
In today’s plenary session, Speaker Glauk Konjufca warned the members of the government cabinet, who are not participating in plenary sessions. On the agenda was the review of the Draft Law on the Management of Water Resources, but the Minister of Environment, Liburn Aliu, was not present.
The Law on Property Rights of Foreign Citizens in Kosovo was approved with 61 votes in favor.

The draft law on the state graduation exam has not been approved either.
