Hysni Gucati’s lawyer, Jonathan Elystan Rees, told the court that the former chairman of the KLA War Veterans Association should be acquitted. In his closing statement he proposed that the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office accept that this trial be stopped. The lawyer said that there is no acceptable evidence to prove the charges against Hysni Gucati.
