The defense of the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, asked the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in The Hague to submit the preliminary file of the case as soon as possible, so that they can prepare for the investigation.
This request was submitted by Kadri Veseli’s lawyer, Ben Emmerson, who requested that the submission of this file take place in early April.
