The defense has requested that Salih Mustafa be declared not guilty of all the charges against him and requested his release as soon as possible. Lawyer Julius von Bone told the jury that Mustafa has never committed crimes but has put himself in danger for others by serving the general objective of the people of Kosovo to gain independence.
