Today it was reported that the Court of Appeals has upheld the decision of the Basic Court in Prishtina to block the increase of the electricity tariffs approved by the Energy Regulatory Office.
The Chairman of the Board of the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO), Ymer Fejzullahu, told KosovaPress that they have not yet received any notification or decision from the Appeal to annul the decision of ERO on the increase of electricity prices.
Although they do not agree with the possible decision of the Appeal, Fejzullahu stressed that they will respect it.
However, Fejzullahu doesn’t like the way in which this notice was leaked by the Appeal.
