The Court of Appeals of Kosovo has rejected as unfounded the appeals of the defense lawyers, for dismissal of the indictment and opposition of evidence in the case of the defendants N.S., M.R., S.A., D.M., and R.B. in the case of the assassination of former Civic Initiative leader, Oliver Ivanovic.
