The Central Election Commission has started counting votes outside Kosovo, received by mail during the period September 15 – October 15, 2021.
According to Valmir Elezit from the CEC, during this period this institution has received about 5 thousand 700 packages assumed with ballots and after the evaluation within these packages were found 10 thousand 934 individualized envelopes with ballots.
