The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has submitted to the Ombudsperson the request for the amendment of the Law on pension schemes.
The MP of this party, Shemsedin Dreshaj, said that the main request is to remove the 1 condition of 15 years of work experience as a discriminatory measure against contributors.
Dreshaj emphasized that they expect the Ombudsperson to address this issue to the Constitutional Court and that it removes the 15-year condition of the pension scheme.
He said that people who do not meet this condition go with the basic pension scheme of 100 euros, therefore as such this law should not exist at all.
