President Vjosa Osmani in a special ceremony promoted the head of the KSF, Major General Bashkim Jashari to the rank of Lieutenant General.
The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Defense Minister Armend Mehaj. President Osmani-Sadriu said that the lieutenant general has been promoted to the highest rank.
