The Civil Registration Agency informs all citizens of Kosovo that as of Monday, August 1, 2022, one of the devices for personalizing documents has broken down, which has made the issuance of personal documents for citizens impossible.
After the three-day engagement of the technical staff of the Document Production Department within the Civil Registration Agency, the equipment was repaired today and the processing of personal documents began immediately.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs informs all citizens that the officials of the Civil Registration Agency are working until the late hours to fulfill the demands of the citizens.
