A citizen with disabilities from Fusha Kosova sued this municipality today for reasons of discrimination. He said that he had made a request to the Mayor of the Municipality for the regulation of the infrastructure for persons with disabilities and the prohibition of discrimination against people with disabilities, but the answer received from him was not precise.
Besart Ramadani said that he has made a request to the Mayor of the Municipality of Fushe Kosova for the regulation of the infrastructure for people with disabilities, as he added that his answer was not adequate for what he requested.
Meanwhile, Ramadan’s lawyer, Latife Neziri said that in the lawsuit, protection in the future from discrimination and the prohibition of discriminatory treatment for access to infrastructure was requested.
The value of the compensation they decided is 13 thousand euros.
