United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo, through the Support to Anti-Corruption Efforts in Kosovo Project (SAEK III), facilitated today the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Office of the Chief Prosecutor and the Switzerland’s Basel Institute on Governance.
The press release sent to the media states that this partnership will provide Kosovo’s prosecutors with international legal expertise on prevention and detection of corruption and financial crime cases through tracing and repatriation of stolen assets to Kosovo. Aleksandër Lumezi, the Chief Prosecutor, and Gretta Fenner, the Managing Director of the Basel Institute on Governance virtually signed the agreement.
