The situation created in the country as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, has worsened the situation in the country’s private sector. Therefore, many businesses are forced to reduce the number of employees within companies. Workers, for whom the employer has invested in their training, to specially train them for that job.
This is stated in a statement of the CDBK, which says that on the other hand, the employers cannot keep employees in the company longer, because they are not able to pay for their services.
