Out of over 97 thousand cases resolved in the courts of Kosovo, the judgements of over 34 thousand cases, or about 36 percent, have been published.
This is what the findings of the monitoring of the publication of decisions by the courts of Kosovo for 2022, carried out by the FOL Movement, say, according to which also the number of publications of the decisions of cases resolved by the courts for the year 2022 has increased by 41% compared to 2021 .
From this FOL monitoring, the “Award for the Most Transparent Court” – for dedication to increasing transparency through the publication of court decisions, was awarded to the Basic Court of Ferizaj.
The Director of the Speak Movement, Mexhide Demolli, said that since 2019, when they started monitoring the publication of judgments, today their number has reached 100 thousand.
