The Assembly of Kosovo did not vote on the resolution of the parliamentary debate regarding the financial situation of Telecom of Kosovo, after allowing the execution of the final decision of the International Court of Arbitration, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in Paris.
This is because there was not enough quorum.
