The Assembly of Kosovo has again failed to ratify international agreements. At today’s session, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and the United States of America (US) on the Fulbright academic exchange program failed to be ratified. PDK, LDK and Serb List abstained from voting for the same, while VV and AAK voted in favor.
