As of today, the call for applications to the “Government for families” program is open, this measure is intended to employ one person from each family, which has no one employed. The Government of Kosovo will subsidize businesses up to 70% of the gross salary for each employee, a maximum of 300 euros for six consecutive months.
This is what the Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers, Hekuran Murati, has announced, according to which the purpose of this measure is to increase the number of jobs and well-being for all citizens.
Murat has announced that the people engaged through this scheme should not make up no more than 30% of the existing staff of a business.
