The American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo organized a virtual training on talent recruitment and retention, which was conducted by Greta Kamberi, Talent Recruitment Specialist at Gjirafa.
In this training it was discussed about the strategies of recruitment, management, and promotion of the staff, as well as about the importance of employment, and keeping talented and qualified people, in order to ensure the development of companies, and increase their values.
