The Ambassador of Luxembourg in Kosovo reported that while she was moving in a car with diplomatic license plates, she was harassed by an unknown person who had been in a car with local license plates.
The case happened yesterday at 08:05 in “Ismail Qemajli” street, in Prishtina. According to the Police, the Kosovar male suspect was identified and arrested, and after being interviewed, he was taken into custody by a decision of the prosecutor.
