The EU high representative, Josep Borrell has congratulated Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on agreeing on a roadmap for implementing the energy agreement.
“Spoke to Aleksandar Vucic and Albin Kurti, to congratulate them on reaching an agreement on the energy roadmap today. This is a big and important step forward in the EU-facilitated Dialogue and will deliver concrete results for all citizens. We look forward to continue working on next steps”, Borrell wrote on Twitter.
