“All and rightly = all the power to the Soviets” is the inscription placed by members of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) on the building of the Government of Kosovo.
After placing the slogan on the building of the Assembly of Kosovo, the Kosovo Police intervened, where afterwards there were clashes between the participants and the police.
