In the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, the Appeal hearing continues with the prosecution’s submissions in the case against Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj. The Acting Specialist Prosecutor, Alex Whiting, has asked the Appeals Panel to uphold the sentences imposed by the trial panel, since, according to him, there is no doubt that the former heads of the KLA War Veterans Association committed the crimes they were accused of.
