In the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, a conference has begun on the progress of the case against Thaçi and others, in which it is expected to discuss, among other things, the defense investigations and the updated list of witnesses of the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.
Former president Hashim Thaçi’s lawyer, Gregory Kehoe, criticizes the Specialist Prosecutor’s office regarding the delay in releasing the materials.
Kehoe said that the position of the SPO regarding rule 103, which is related to the release of materials, is worrying.
