The President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, will be given the opportunity to try for another five-year term at the helm of the country.
The LDK, with its governing partners and with the help of the PDK, is expected that within this year to meet the long-standing demand of Thaçi, that the president be elected through direct popular vote. And this can be achieved through Constitutional changes in the context of electoral reform.
