Today, the President of the country, Hashim Thaçi, stated that the Dubrava massacre is the most typical example up to what inhuman level the Serbian state of Miloshevic, implemented the plan of ethnic cleansing.
The head of the state emphasized that to this day, the perpetrators of these crimes have not been brought to the local or international justice.
