After verifying the facts and after following all legal procedures, the Disciplinary Commission in TAK on August 12, 2021 has decided to impose three disciplinary measures against three TAK officials due to unreasonable absences from work for more than five days.
Regarding the serious violations found by the Disciplinary Commission, two officials were dismissed in accordance with the Law on Public Officials. While, the other official was dismissed for serious violations, prohibition of promotion in accordance with the Law on Public Officials.
