Former negotiator Edita Tahiri, today stated that French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz should tell Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić to accept Kosovo.
“I think that Macron and Scholtz should tell Vucic to accept Kosovo with their examples that France has accepted Algeria’s independence and Germany has accepted guilt from the war with France. These are world examples that have brought peace”, wrote Tahiri on Facebook.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti, yesterday, as part of the Munich Conference, held a meeting with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, and the Special Representative of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak . The meeting discussed the dialogue process and the European proposal, initiated by France and Germany and supported by the United States of America and Italy. Also, there was talk about the next meeting in Brussels called for February 27 by the European Union.
