The head of the European Union (EU) office in Kosovo, Tomas Szunyog, held a meeting with the delegation of the Secretariat of the Energy Community, where the performance of our country in accordance with the Acquis of the Energy Community was discussed.
Ambassador Szunyog wrote in “X” that the Growth Plan provides an additional incentive to accelerate reforms and provides financial means for important projects.
He emphasized that the EU supports Kosovo with 75 million euros as part of the Energy Support Package.

Noted that the Growth Plan offers an additional incentive to fast-track reforms & provides financial means for important projects. While stressing that green transition, integration & decarbonization of the energy sector are integral to #Kosovo’s Reform Agenda, we also discussed recent developments in the energy sector. Highlighted that the EU supports Kosova with EUR 75 mil as part of the Energy Support Package”, wrote Szunyog.
