On the occasion of World Refugee Day, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and UNHCR inaugurated today the newly renovated Asylum Center in Vranidoll.
On this day, the treatment of refugees in the two asylum centers in Kosovo, the one in Magure of Lipjan and the one in Vranidoll, was assessed.
On this occasion, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla said that in 1998 and 1999, about one million Kosovo citizens were forcibly evicted from their homes and sheltered in neighboring countries and beyond.
