The Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, blamed the Serbian parallel structures for the attack with an explosive device on the electro-distribution facility “Elektrokosmet” in the north of Mitrovica in the late hours of Thursday. He said the purpose of these attacks is to arouse insecurity among citizens.
