“Dead hope” is for the survivors of sexual violence, that one day the Serbian state will admit the crimes and macabre experiences it caused to about 20,000 Kosovars.
However, representatives of the 20,000 unheard voices of women and men who survived sexual violence insist that at the table in front of Serbia, Kosovo be represented by this damaged part of society. On the contrary, according to them, no agreement should be reached.
