Stoltenberg-Golob: Slovenia is considering the possibility of increasing the number of troops in KFOR

The head of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, visited Slovenia today, where he met with the Slovenian Prime Minister, Robert Golob.

During a media conference in Ljubljana, they spoke about Slovenia’s plans to increase the number of its troops in the KFOR peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.

Stoltenberg reiterated that last year’s outbreaks of violence in Kosovo were unacceptable, as he expressed his commitment to ensuring that KFOR will continue to fulfill its mandate.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Robert Golob expressed his willingness to add Slovenian troops to KFOR in Kosovo as part of efforts to maintain stability in the region.
