Serbs in the north of the country have welcomed the agreement on energy reached yesterday in Brussels between Kosovo and Serbia, which will enable the billing of electricity consumed in the four northern municipalities, namely North Mitrovica, Zvecan, Leposavic and Zubin Potok.
