The acting Minister of Justice, Selim Selimi, spoke about the legal basis, which regulates the legal protection and financial support for the potentially accused persons in court proceedings at the Specialized Chambers, which has been drafted by the Ministry of Justice.
“For the potentially accused in court proceedings at the Specialized Chambers, the Ministry of Justice has approved the bylaws”, said Selimi.
