The new government should establish a commercial court as soon as possible to ensure legal certainty, as the lack of rule of law remains one of the main reasons why there is no investment in Kosovo.
This was requested by the President of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Berat Rukiqi, who welcomed the government’s plan to address public enterprises, especially the privatization of Telecom.
