The Basic Court in Gjilan has approved the request of the Basic Prosecution of Gjilan, imposing the measure of detention of 30 days to the defendant D. K.
According to the court, there is a grounded suspicion that on 22.06.2021, around 05:40, at the “Adem Jashari” street, in Kamenica, the defendant using force against a person appropriates the property of the other person, by entering together with a masked person in the gas station “IP Petrol”, and under the threat of weapons, they hit the worker A.Z., and managed to get the amount of money of 229 euros from the cash register of the gas station and left in an unknown direction.
