Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bilsimi stated that in last night’s meeting with emissary Miroslav Lajçak, it was said that it is worth having a high-level meeting. However, he emphasized that without Serbia’s willingness to formalize the agreement, it is not worth having meetings.
He announced that last night they handed over a five-page document to Lajçak, where they showed why the measures should be lifted.
In the internal meeting with the EU emissary for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Bislimi said that there were nine topics of discussion, but not the format of the talks.
Bislimi added that without Serbia’s willingness to move towards the formalization of the agreement, it is not worth having meetings.
In the conference he had together with the Minister of Finance Hekuran Murati, Bislimi emphasized that they also discussed the necessity of formalizing the agreement together with the implementing annex and the concerns raised by the approval of the regulation of the Central Bank of Kosovo.
Likewise, Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi said that they handed over a five-page document to the emissary Lajçak, where they showed why the punitive measures should be removed.
