Government decisions approved by the Assembly for the extension of emergency measures in electricity supply are suspected to be misused by KEDS- KESCO for the application of reductions also in the name of technical works and network loads.
This was said by the researcher at the Institute for Development Policy (INDEP), Dardan Abazi, who says that energy reductions are harming businesses, families and public services.
