The Minister for Communities and Returns, Nenad Rashic, for the first time today participated in the meeting of the Government of Kosovo.
In his first address to the government cabinet, Rashic underlined the need for creating bridges of cooperation. He said that it is a pleasure to participate in the meeting of the executive, while he vowed that he will try to make a difference from former minister Goran Rakic.
“I want to tell you that I am here so that together we can really try to build bridges. I am not new to this job, certainly 17 years of experience speaks for me, but each new challenge is also a new opportunity. I know that we will have many collaborations and common challenges, but I am really prepared that in any way we can help, I will personally contribute and of course while I am in charge of the ministry, to harmonize those needs, because we all need to understand, as is the proverb that says, the chain is only as strong as the weakest link, in our case I really think that today the communities are the weakest link, that’s why I would like to strengthen this link, but this can only be done together with you. So I thank you in advance for your cooperation and I will come to you soon”, said Rashic.
