The mayor of Deçan, Bashkim Ramosaj, called the leader of the Deçan Monastery, Sava Janjic, a madman, saying that as soon as the wishes of a madman are taken into account, the results are more than chauvinistic.
Ramosaj wrote on Facebook, that their intentions are completely peaceful, in the construction of the road which passes through the special area.
