The mayor of Deçan, Bashkim Ramosaj, received in a meeting the representatives of the associations that emerged from the war of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the association of political prisoners.
At this meeting was discussed about the recent arrests of the leaders of the War Veterans’ Organization, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj.
