The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has said that Albania has no other path but the European Union. In the first intergovernmental conference with the European Union, Rama said that the road to the opening of negotiations was not easy, stressing that Albania did not lose faith despite being faced with injustice.

Rama has said that during this time they worked on reforms, emphasizing here the one in justice, which according to him, Albania is the most advanced country in the region in this direction.
