The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, at the end of today’s session (Wednesday) of the Summit of the leaders of the Council of Europe, after the interest of the media, said that the Council of Europe should remove the stain it has put on the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).
Asked how Albania’s position will continue in relation to what Rama claims about the innocence of Prime Minister Thaçi and all other persons, Rama said that it is not a matter of innocence or guilt but of the image.
