The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has declared that he has submitted a draft of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority to French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

Rama said that the draft was prepared by experts and according to him he expects that it will be valid to take the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue to another level…
