Regarding the statements of the Russian Foreign Minister that this country is in support of the ‘Open Balkan’, the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama said that if this were true, Sergei Lavrov would be at the Ohrid summit today.
Rama stressed the participation of the United States of America and the European Union, saying that the latter are supporters of this initiative.
